Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

LOOSHA offers shipping at a flat rate of $15 and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150. Express post is available for $25. (within Australia).
Once payment has been received orders will be posted within 5 business days. Most orders can be posted within 1-2 business days but is dependent upon stock availability so if you are in a hurry, please email us to let us know.
All parcels are shipped through via Australia Post.  Delivery within Australia can be up to 3 – 7 working days. Orders going to Western Australia, the Northern Territory and rural areas may take longer.  Express post deliveries should arrive within 1-2 working days from the time of shipping depending upon your location.

RETURNS & PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE

We want you to love your LOOSHA – we want you to burn your candles and keep coming back for more.  So, if for any reason your LOOSHA product is not what you thought it would be, we will offer you an exchange as long as you let us know within 10 days of receiving your product.  If your item is damaged or faulty, then we will offer you a choice of refund or exchange upon receipt of the faulty item.   Please email info@loosha.com.au.
